MyMX provides inbound email infrastructure that converts incoming emails to webhook deliveries. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MyMX to:

• Receive or process spam, phishing, or malicious emails intentionally
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Overwhelm our systems with excessive requests

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, delayed deliveries, or lost emails. Critical applications should implement appropriate redundancy.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your webhook endpoints
• Properly verifying webhook signatures
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Keeping your account credentials secure

Limitation of Liability

MyMX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
