MyMX processes emails sent to domains you configure with our service. We collect and store:

• Email content, headers, and attachments for configured domains
• Your account information (email address, authentication data)
• Domain configuration and webhook endpoints
• Delivery logs and webhook response data

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the MyMX service:

• Receiving and processing emails on your behalf
• Delivering webhook payloads to your configured endpoints
• Providing delivery logs and debugging information
• Improving service reliability and performance

Data Retention

Email content is retained for as long as your settings allow. If you use our content discard feature, we delete emails as soon as you signal that you have processed them.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Webhook payloads are signed with HMAC-SHA256 to ensure authenticity. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure).
